• Transformative travel programs

• Retreats and small-group experiences

All services are subject to availability and individual agreement.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon payment.

• Cancellation policies are specified per program.

• Refund terms are outlined in individual agreements.

Travel-related costs (flights, insurance, visas) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching services are not therapy or medical treatment.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions and wellbeing.

4. Liability

The Journey Studio collaborates with third-party providers (hotels, guides, transport companies). While we select partners carefully, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control.

Participants are responsible for:

• Personal insurance

• Health considerations

• Travel documentation

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, programs, and materials (including Luontopolku Back to Your Senses®) are protected intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Finnish law.
