I offer peaceful stays in a bright coastal penthouse where you can slow down, settle in, and experience a more spacious rhythm of living. Surrounded by light, open views, and nature, this is a place to unwind, work remotely, or take time for yourself in a setting that gently supports clarity and ease.
Panorama Penthouse is my second home, discovered during my sabbatical travels, when the calm presence of the Montgó landscape called me to stay. Stay independently for extended periods or combine your time here with coaching, reflective walks, or Luontopolku® experiences in Spain.
The Setting
Panorama Penthouse is located in the green belt of Dénia, overlooking the Montgó mountain, with the Mediterranean Sea, marina, and town centre just minutes away. The setting offers a rare balance of calm and connection, where nature trails begin close to home and everyday life remains within easy reach.
Mornings may begin with light filling the space and a walk towards the mountain or the sea. Days unfold between the beach, the old town, and quiet moments on the terrace. Evenings settle into warm air, open views, and a slower pace.
The Home
The two-bedroom penthouse offers approximately 100 m² of indoor space, designed for comfort, simplicity, and natural flow. A bright open-plan living area connects to a fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming space to live, work, and rest.
Private terraces extend the living space outdoors, inviting you to step outside throughout the day. The rooftop terrace offers wide, uninterrupted views across Dénia, the Mediterranean Sea, and the Montgó.
The home includes air conditioning, WiFi, TV, a washing machine, and all essential amenities for a comfortable stay.
Living and surroundings
The surrounding area invites both movement and stillness. The beaches of Les Marines and the clear waters of Las Rotas are just a short distance away, while Montgó Natural Park offers walking and hiking routes close to the home.
Dénia’s marina, restaurants, cafés, and local markets bring a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere. Here, you can move easily between nature, sea, and town life.
